PRM Group MD, Geoff Stockton delivering the laptop to Tom Stack

A few words from Tom…

“I was motivated to participate in FebFast following a festive season that was a little too festive and prolonged - it extended for most of January! It is the perfect way to get your health and fitness back on track after the Christmas break, and the fact that it is for charity gives you much needed motivation to get through the month with no slip ups. Indeed, FebFast is challenging, but physically, mentally and, of course, charitably, getting through it is a truly rewarding experience. I look forward to participating in this wonderful cause for years to come and encourage others to do the same.”
